Mysterious Hawaiian Fish?
I took a trip to Hawaii about a year ago, and there I was at Hanuma Bay snorkling. Along my trip, I spotted a group of 6 fish, each about a foot long, and white. They would have a very little bit of a rainbow flash in the light, like slightly iridized glass. They swam slowly, so I followed them. But now as I think about it, and search on the internet, I can not find any sort of fish that matches to them. Could anybody tell me what type of fish they were?
It was not a milkfish, and it was not fat. It was long and thin, and had these whispy fins. It looks kind of like a dragon (if that makes any sense)
milkfish are blue and atlantic…….
any other desciptions? body shape? wierd fins?
look up look-downs, if that makes any sense..
or balihoo and porkfish and snapper
