Phonebook deleted whenever I turn phone off?
I now try to avoid turning my phone off because every time I have turned it off in the past month, my entire phonebook has been erased. Received text messages are kept, but all other settings are erased. I have a Samsung flip phone through AT&T. It’s about a year old and has gotten wet about three times, but is now dry.
Does this sound like something that can be controlled? Or is it probably time for me to get a new phone?
