what to charge on empty houses to get them ready to rent out?
I have a lady that wants her houses cleaned when tenants move out to get ready to rent out. Im stuck on this one. Im not sure what to charge. Its a tri-level house. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths upstairs, living, dining, kitchen mid section, and family room downstairs She wants walls cleaned, cupboards cleaned, windows , bathroom scrubbed, and in the one bathroom an old sliding glass door track removed, new tile floor put in in that bathroom, smoke detectors put up, venetian blinds cleaned, and a bathroom light fixture replaced, What would you charge?
