does anyone know how to copy call of duty 4 variety map pack to a friend PlayStation 3? i will choose the right answer the best answer. please tell me. thank you.
Depends on the friends. I mean if your 100% sure hes trust worthy, the only way to do it is give you friend your username and password to your account. Now be aware, this is very very risky. Sense they can easily change your password, and keep your account. If you know this person then I guess its okay. But even then… If its some online person I wouldnt give the person my password. Never. Even if hes your bestest online friend I still just dont know. Its up to you. HEres how though.
1. Give the friends your sign in ID and password to PSN.
2. Now your friend must go to the “Users” on the main menu. (When on the main menu you keep sliding left until you see like turn off system)
3. Sign out of the current user your in
3?: OR if there’s an option (Im not entirely sure if there is) go to create new account.
4. If you signed out of the current user your in, go to create new account/user.
5. After finding the way to create a user, go to the playstation network section.
6. It should say “Sign up for PSN” Press X
7. Go to exsisting user and let him put in your username/password
8. He now has your account, which has the map pack on it.
9. This is where it gets semi-hard sense Ive never done this, but Im smart (In a non-conceited way. I know my ways around tech things)
10. You must eathier: Go to PSN store and find the variety map pack and download it. It should be free. If this doesnt work you might have to go to the Previous Purchases thing and redownload it.
11. ONce your friend has downlaoded the pack, he will sign out of that user. And i mean the new user you created. (At the main menu of Playstation slide all the way to the left like in step 2) Press triangle on the user you are using and “Sign out”
12. Go to the regular user that he/she normally uses.
13. Go to the PSN thing and sign in. It should be your normal friends account.
14. LAunch COD4
15. Go to multiplayer, and do a private match.
16. Set the map (If you can) to a variety map pack map.
17. Start the game.
18. It should work the map. Meaning he now has the map pack.
WARNING!!! Make sure your friend does NOT delete that new user he created (In step 2) or your PSN on that user created (In step 2). If he does, then the world will explode!!!! Well not exactly, but basically this will cause the map pack to delete, and have errors etc. Basically make sure he always has your account on his Playstaion 3. Just make sure he doesnt use it I suppose.
