Paula’s Inspirational Influences
When Brazil native Paula Hermanny was a child she spent many hours with her grandmothers. Her maternal grandmother, Izaura, taught Paula everything she knew about sewing and design. Paula’s paternal grandmother had impeccable taste and an amazing sense of style. Both of these women Paula credits for inspiring her to become a designer of sophisticated, functional and fun Vix women’s swimwear for women.

Paula’s muse is the Vix Woman. Traveling around the world, vacationing at the world’s most celebrated resorts and beaches, Paula views the Vix Woman at the most popular luxury resort destinations. She takes a look at what swimwear the Vix Woman is wearing and then Paula conceives her next summer Vix bathing suits collection from what she sees.
Vix Garners Attention
To be featured in the Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition is the pinnacle of achievement for swimwear designers. Paula did not waste time getting her swimwear collection noticed and onto the pages of Sports Illustrated and other major fashion magazines. Celebrities noticed Vix immediately and many celebrities prefer the fit and look of Vix bathing suit. But, its not just celebrities who wear Vix. Not at all.
