I am trying to clean thick grease off matt (small square mosaic) tiles. All scourers leave colour on them?
(the colour of the scourer, even wire wool leaves grey behind) so elbow grease doesn’t help much! Any suggestions? Its the cooker ‘splash back’. Thank you for your help
The best Solution is pour Dawn Dish Soap with Degreaser on it
Rub it in
then wash it off
The Degreaser ingrediant in the soap really breaks up the Grease,
or try an solution that has a degreaser added to it , an extra strength one works nicely, dont use the wire brushes and if you use any the above suggestions you wont need elbow grease to clean it just lots of hot water then scrub with a floor cleaner to make sure you got the soap off.
