Guide For Choosing The Perfect Sunglasses
With designer fashion and global warming all around us, having a good pair of sunglasses is a must have for both. A good pair of sunglasses will finish off your outfit and sometimes cover up the damage that last night did to your eyes. As for the global warming side, with the earth getting hotter, your eyes are in need of even more protection from UV rays.
So now that I have justified the reasons for buying sunglasses, you now have the difficult decision of which ones to buy. Now that’s where the difficult decisions come in.
Just like when you have to buy normal glasses, the ones that you buy are based on the shape of your face. Most of the population sit in one of two different face shapes, either round or oval. A round faced person is someone whose face is as long as it is wide and generally, a round faced person will be aware that they have a round face. As for the other shape, oval, if you don’t think you’re a round faced person, then you’re most likely oval faced and this is simply where the length is longer than the width.
Once you have decided on your face shape, you can then decide on what shape of sunglasses to get. If you have a round face, then more of a rectangular or square frame would be a better option. Unfortunately, if you have a round face you are slightly limited because many companies don’t design rectangular sunglasses.
If you have an oval face, the entire range is open to you as anything will look good. You are not limited to just square ones, you would be able to get away with wearing big curved glasses, or even small square glasses because anything will suite your face shape.Police sunglasses or possibly a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, you should be able to pull it off.
There are a couple of other face shapes that you may fit into if you don’t see yourself as an oval or a circle. If you have more of a heart shaped face then you would be best suited to some thin rimmed aviation style glasses. Finally, if you think you have more of a square face then you want to head for some glasses which are more curved as you already have plenty of angles on your face.
Hopefully you’ll find this guide useful next time you buy some sunglasses. Just remember through, just because you pay a high price for the sunglasses, it doesn’t mean that they will protect you against UV rays. Make sure that the glasses come with a sticker on them stating how well they are protecting your eyes.
